Pallet flow rack, we also call it dynamic racks ,when we need the pallets to be moved smoothly and quickly from one side to the other side without assistance of forklift and where first in, first out(FIFO) is required, then Pallet flow racks will be the best choice for you .

The pallet flow racks include upright frame, upright bracing , beam, row spacer , roller, damper(brakes), separator, roller support rail , rail tie pallet guide plate, frame protector, upright protector , safety floor angle stopper and its accessories .

We place the pallets on the rollers from the loading area and let them “flow” towards the discharge area driven by gravity.

The pallets glide from Top to Bottom and when first pallet is unloaded from the system, the pallet behind it will move forward one position.

This process continues until the lane is empty or indefinitely if pallets are kept being loaded into the system.

We can also control the speed of pallets by the type of rollers and the dampers were considered into the system, once the speed is too fast, the damper screw is fastened, then the flowing speed will be set back to normal.
