Carton  Flow Rack is commonly installed for machine tool storage by manufactures and order picking process by logistics centers. It contains two parts: a rack structure and dynamic flow rails. The flow rails are set at an engineered pitch .allowing the container to be placed on the upper end of the rack and sliding down to the unloading end .Rollers let the container moves smoothly by gravity .once the container is removed from the unloading end, the next-to-come container slides forward automatically .It basically contains five parts: RHS Beam with angle(frontal and back beam with angles ), RHS Beam(Middle beam with no angles ),Dividing  plate, Side plate , Roller (galvanized) . The general inclination angle is 3-4 °，According to the use environment, It can be divided into beam type and frame type.

The roller is directly connected to the front and back beams and the middle supporting beam, and the beam is directly hung on the upright. The installation inclination of Flow Rack depends on the size, weight of the carton and the depth of the Flow Rack, usually 5% – 9%. The bearing capacity of the roller is 6kg / piece. When the goods are heavy, 3-4 pieces can be installed in one rail. Generally, one supporting beam is installed every 0.6m in depth direction to increase the stiffness of the rollers. When the railway is long, the railway can be separated by dividing plate. Brake should be installed at the pickup end to slow down the goods and reduce the impact.

Carton Flow Rack is widely used in manufacturing, commerce, distribution center, assembly workshop and warehouse with high delivery frequency. It adopts galvanized rails and  aluminum alloy rails, realizes FIFO by using self weight of goods, and is suitable for both sides of assembly line and distribution center.
